With over 200 years of rich history Beam Suntory was looking to create a unique beautiful experience for their in-store customer that could communicate the brand story, product features, and the “rituals” associated to those products so a customer could get the most out of their purchase.
The Beam Suntory x Perch experience could be found at the iconic Harrod’s department store in the United Kingdom, and invites customers to pick up one of the products on the shelf and explore tasting notes, the story behind the spirit, and explore other products in the collection. This experience is increasing in-store dwell time and customer engagement, improving the overall customer experience.
